National Day is coming again. haha I remember myself being super duper excited and eager to get tickets for NDP like decades ago and now everything just feels.. mediocre?
grah I'm sorry I haven't been updating daily or something, school is killing me. I used to look forward to weekends all the time and now I just look forward to sleeping everyday-_- I love JC. yay pukes. on a brighter note, I FINISHED MY FINAL EOM AT LAST!! I can finally strike something off my.. non-existent checklist of homework and tasks. okay I have no idea what else to say here.. my blogging ability is gradually disappearing into nothingness THIS IS BAD :(
oh wells we had chem mock SPA yesterday, bio mock SPA and bio AA today. chem mock SPA was ?!?!?!?! O_O ?!?!?!?!?!, bio mock SPA was okay (HAHA cough) and bio AA was fine too. I think we all had high sugar intake today.. we consumed dunno-how-many packets of yupi gummies!
oh and I finally reset my hwachong wireless account username and password! so now I don't have to trouble licheng anymore :) :) and I can sign in to ebuddy during cca HAHAHAHA speaking of cca, I like the new song! nan dao a li lang. some korean song but it's damn cool! yayness.
anyways, elizabeth was telling me about how more than half the year flew by already and I got quite scared actually even though I have to agree with her.. sigh. it's like a while ago everyone was still complaining about eoys and couldn't wait for JC to come and in the blink of an eye, we're already more than halfway through our first year in Hwachong. it's like just one second ago we were all counting down to year 2009 and full of anticipations and suddenly, 2009 is coming to an end real soon in 4 months.
orientation REV-IT-UP felt like just yesterday. the pretzsticks passing game, the icebreakers, the get-to-know-each-other sessions, the sodaches, the war games, the memories of meeting our CTs for the first time, and even more sodaches.. and now it's just tutorials, tutorials, quizzes, class tests, block tests, tutorials, tutorials, more tutorials and promos. and soon, we'll all be J2s, and soon we'll all be taking our prelims, then our A Levels and soon the goodbyes will come and everyone will head off in their separate ways to universities all over the world.
it's quite frightening, really.. by the end of 2010 we would've known each other for 4 complete years since the nanyang days but that's only for me. for the rest of you, 6 years! we may not know every single person who was previously from NYGH or CHS, but I daresay we've already seen almost everyone's faces. and all these familiar faces we've seen over the years will disappear when we leave Hwachong.. sigh. I hate goodbyes. I don't know why but I feel really nostalgic right now :( and quite uncertain of.. you know, whatever that's coming our way. I hate this feeling. I like things clear cut and unambiguous.. I hate this feeling of insecurity!!!!
ah well whatever I shall just cast this nostalgia and random feeling aside temporarily and do some chemistry homework before retiring to my bed tonight :) good luck to all for your EoMs and PW! PW sucks and all the stress we're experiencing sucks but hey, when life throws you lemons, make lemonade :)
