"It is raw and it is so damn real you want to run away just to soak it up and take it in. The soul mate. The one you feel vibrate when they are a thousand miles away. The one you hear whisper when they think about you. The one who lets you move freely but embraces your shadow from afar. That one. The one you feel like you have known for a million years."

School's tough, but this little buddy keeps me going everyday :)

These few weeks have been tiring. CHP, playhouse (stomp aaand cast pracs), psych. So much is happening all at once and psych isn't exactly the easiest posting either :/ Also I've been surviving on pretty little sleep everyday so yay, brain's probably shrinking a little more each day.

Looking forward to playhouse actually! Not really the acting part, because our scene is pretty short and not exactly the funniest of all. But STOMPPPPPPPP! It's not rocket science and the rhythms are simple, but it brings back so many fond memories of percussion days in nanyang and hc :) Can't even begin to describe how much I've missed making music, hitting stuff, and being in an orchestra. Stomp, in a way, is like an "orchestra" hehe, only difference is there are no proper instruments. So we use all the random stuff we can find in an office, like files, cups, pens, newspaper. And it's so so fun!

So yup, that's about the only thing worth looking forward to in the next... 4 months or so? Sigh pie. And then there's emed posting, emed EOPT, and then the M4 final exams, which I currently have, let's see, ZERO confidence in passing because we're still struggling with all the individual postings sadkfhsdfhdjf :'( And then there'll be 1 month of CHP (someone please shoot me so I don't live to experience that agony T-T) .... And then boom M4 is over. 12 weeks of electives and 2 weeks of break later, final year of MBBS begins. Med school is really flying by way too fast for me to catch my breath :(

But these tough days really make me appreciate all the little things in life that bring me so much happiness. So so thankful for short (and sometimes spontaneous) but super-quality-time lunch/dinner dates, great company, and whatsapp convos and Skype sessions that are the perfect antidepressants :) Thankful for the amazeballs people in my life too, and the new friends I've made from both our new M4 rotation groups and playhouse. And most importantly, thankful for a wonderful God who's always there for me and never forgets about me, even when I sometimes forget to turn to Him.

Oh and, happy November btw omg can't believe it's here already. Christmas is coming!!! *beams*

Okie dinnertime heehee! Stay safe, kiddies :)
